People Aren't What They Seem To Be

I moved to a new city my freshman year of high school. Of course, all my friends from my old city I lived in wanted me to already move back. I wanted to still be with my friends, but there was nothing I could do. There was one of my best friends who really made me want to move back. His name was Anthony, and he was a friend I’ve literally known my entire life. When I talked to him, after I moved, I wanted to move back really bad. The thing was, two to four weeks later, I expected, my friends to slowly stop talking to me, but what I didn’t expect was Anthony to stop texting me and to ignore me.

People change no matter how close you are to them. If you believe someone is your best friend, you will not know it until your friendship is put to the test. We had been best friends for so long that I thought I could trust him, but I was wrong. It’s been over a year since that day, and the only time he will talk to me is when I go down to visit. I do not bother with him anymore if I’m that useless to him. People may seem to be trustworthy or whatever you may think of them, but you may never really know who they really are.

As shown by this girl in the picture getting singled out by other people doesn't look right. Friends often do this to each other behind everyones back and thats how I felt with my so-called friend.
